Isn't South Forsyth, like, East Cobb Jr.?

Not sure I’d call this area exciting or anywhere close to Decatur. Huge vacuums of stale shopping centers.

JMatl, That is rich considering the source.

Remember what Church and Sycamore and Suburban Plaza looked like a few years ago? Then the wave moved up Lawrenceville Highway to the other areas just inside the Perimeter (adjacent to Tucker).

If Tucker had its own schools like Decatur does then maybe. Instead its stuck with Dekalb County suckass school system.

So, similar to your home turf in Brookhaven along Buford Hwy?

I don't mean just the city of Decatur. I'm talking about the very popular areas that spread out from it along corridors such as Lawrenceville Highway, Church, Sycamore and NDH. There's been tremendous growth and rejuvenation in areas like Medlock, Oak Grove, Laurel Ridge, etc. Tucker is already in a solid position and I see the same wave moving that way.

So true, arjay57! I was just over there for the first time in a while, and the North Decatur Rd/Scott Blvd/Church St area was unrecognizable. North DeKalb Mall is next.

Speaking of Tucker, it looks like they are getting a Bell Street Burritos.
