Lol, you can't see that difference from those pics? I have a condo to see to you then.

Agreed. I mean, they went all out with the over/under fridge. Very upscale. Surprised they didn't try to get more in rent.

They won't get half of what they are asking if these numbers are real.

I think these rents would be lowered in time. I personally don't see a solid market for paying that much in rent in Alpharetta.

Avalon garbage:

~$1 million townhome in Ivy Walk in 30080 unincorporated Smyrna or Vinings (mortgage less than $5k/mo). This one in 30080:

Well I think the interior of the townhouse looks incredibly gaudy and tacky. That's just me, though.

A giant planned development like that still seems very suburban to me. I dont think it will fool anyone. At heart, its still just another suburban style development in a city with no character masquerading as something different.

Btw, price / sq ft has shot down in alpharetta in the last few months. Some high end development skewing numbers must have finished selling around that time.

I just walked around this development and it's pretty nice. Antico pizza wasn't open so I will go back when that happens.

Seems like one should just move to the core of a real city and pay 5k. Might not have the amenities or be new, but at least its a real city life vs some big private shopping center.
