I know, but the woods leading into the station and across from it on Durham Pk Rd could get some new housing just like they did with spare space at Lakewood Ft Mac station. But the problem is Kenisgton Rd is hood and I dont know how who would want to live .1 miles from there.

The problem right now with Indian Creek is the planned I-20 East expansion. Indian Creek will have to be rebuilt completely because the rail line has to make the 90 degree curve to the south to head down I-285 toward I-20.

Avondale Estates is literally across the street from the Kensington Station, and parts of it are far more accessible to Kensington than Avondale.

East Point and College are actually doing just fine with development around the station, both main streets around the Marta stations are very vibrant and growing.

West End station is a perfect location for redevelopment of parking lots.
I would also like to see an infill station in Mechanicsville.

News - Atlanta Business Chronicle

Looks like it will be a 44 story office and condo tower and a 27 story tower apartment.
