The shopping center is zoned C-1 which would allow multi-family, retail, and parking structures. I'm mainly speculating though as far as the likelihood of the shopping center's redevelopment. If the opportunity does arise, mixed-use should be encouraged.

The old small Publix at West Paces actually used to be an A&P...
