I would like some help on the pro's and con's of moving to GA, maybe to ATL. So far only con I read is the bad traffic. I would say i'm used to bad traffic but i've lived in st.paul, MN for 6 month's and the traffic can get bad too. I wanna move some where it is warm I'm tired of cold weather. Here are a few thing's I would be looking for.
1. Budget $800.00 or under
2. 2 or 3 bedroom House/Townhome
3. Employment Status(commute) warehouse/factory work and CNA or retail
4. Good public school
5. Suburban or Urban lifestyle preference or a mix of the two
6. Easy access to highways, shopping, and etc
7. Family friendly neighborhood
Thanks for the help

Um yeah, you're not going to get a 2-3 bedroom house/townhouse for $800.
