I have to move within the next couple of months and am looking for advice if it is possible to find a 3 BR place for a total of $1,650 a month inside the perimeter? Looking for either a rental house or townhome in a community with a lot of young professionals. It would be great if it is a walkable community where I can walk to places such as convenience stores, restaurants, night life etc...

Can y'all recommend anyplace ITP? I know midtown is probably out of the question. But what about Old Fourth Ward or Inman Park areas? Any other areas come to mind?

1. Budget - $1,650

2. Thinking about a 3 BR townhome or 3BR rental house this time around. Townhome community with a pool would be ideal

3. Commute - Not really worried about drive time though. I know i'm going be stuck in Atlanta traffic no matter where I live.

4. Children - Got no kids. Also prefer not too live in a community with a ton of kids. A few years ago I lived in an apartment complex where it took 2 full school buses to get everyone to school. It was horrible.

5. Suburban or Urban lifestyle preference - Preferable looking for something inside the perimeter. I would love to keep the walkable life style where I can walk to must places

6. Easy access to public transit, important or not? - Not important at all. I maybe take marta once a year for a Braves game. Even then, Uber or Lyft is so much more convenient .

7. Preferable demographics of desired neighborhood. - Walkable community filled with young professionals!

Thanks for the help!

But if you need 3 rooms and specifically want to rent, yes you can find rentals for $1600s. We have been looking at houses in Atlanta and the mortgage payments would probably be around $2000, so im guessing there have to be rentals available for less.
