I shopped online (I found the prices are better) print the best price and then took it to sears. They will match the price plus an additional 10% difference between their price and sales price.

I like Sears because I have never had a problem with them and their customer service is top notch. I go tired of dealing with the Brandsmarts of this world and stress they caused (they dinged my door...oops sorry)

Sears guys also dinged my wall but it was ok, within a week Sears sent out a guy that fixed my wall and all was well with the world

My favorite appliance store is Guy T Gunter and Associates Appliances. They are a family owned appliance company, who have long time industry profesionals on staff and an in house installation service. Their website is www.guytgunterappliances.com .

I actually like BrandSmart USA. I got some pretty good deals on my washer, dryer, and flatscreen TV.

Although Brandsmart is often the cheapest retailer for many electronics and appliances, they have absolutely the worst customer service. They started in South Florida many years ago, and once upon a time you needed a membership card to get into their warehouse (ala Sam's Club).

I've had great experiences with Brandsmart for our over the range microwave and dishwasher. The installation charges were not ridiculous and both installers were very courteous. Best price I could find at the time as well. I'd still go wherever the best price is, but wanted to at least tell of my good dealings at Brandsmart.

I have had many good dealings with Brandsmart as well, on the purchase side of things. My family and I have shopped there since the 1980s, when there was only 1 location in Miami. Unfortunately, they routinely drop the ball if/whenever a customer service issue arises. I am not trying to dissuade anyone from shopping there. They have great prices and a wide selection of merchandise. However, they really must do better on the service side of things to get me back in their doors.
