Oh Ansley, can we not have a lil shopping fun??

Within reason! Remember, you're gonna get old one day and want to pay off the debt and retire. Have fun, but remember your future goals.

Damn, I sound like my dad...

Ansley, just like life comes and goes. So why not spend?....I spend all the time because I have no limit lol...I think it's an habit for me.
But try wearing some upscale clothes and watch everyone look at you like you're a celebrity and people will think you someone.

You'll feel very special.
Atlanta has some strong fashion especially in the hoods nowa days....Alot of people look at ATL hood clothing (MUSIC INDUSTRY & etc.) and next thing you know it's a trend around U.S.

Hey, you can dress very well and not spend tons of money. The trick is to lean to the conservative side for your basics (pants, skirts, blazers, etc.) and get trendy with your accessories. Also watch the sales at nicer stores for classics on sale. My father loved clothes, but he would buy carefully on sale (Oxford, Hickey Freeman, etc.)

I have to chime in here...
I was just telling my friends back home in Texas, about how the women dress here.
I have to step up my game.
Just going to the regular suburban shopping route to run errands, buy groceries, pick things up from cleaners, shuttle kid to school events....
The women here dress up.
I was in Walmart at 9pm and not a hoodie, flip flop, pj bottom, dirty tshirt to be found amongst the shoppers.
Went window shopping at the local target, tj max, crate and barrel, old navy around 1pm on a Monday and just took notice of the women out and about.
Every one of them were nicely moderately dressed and coiffed.
I have yet to see a sloppily dressed woman here.
I have yet to make the ITP trip, but I suspect I won't be disappointed.
And that list in the op's comment about Dallas....way off.

Pretty sure we would rank #1 of the women who wear tennis clothes everywhere-especially on Thursdays...

I just discovered Furla bags from this thread. How have I not seen these around anywhere?

Don't need that to feel special. Just need my kids' love and my wife's sweet smile. You'll get there, too, one day.
