I would say mixed use but that means more than just having a big box on one corner of the parking lot and some apartments on the other.

I'd bring the international district, Buford Highway, to South Downtown. From what I understand tee was interest from foreign investors years ago that never panned out.

I would like to see a bar/club/casino/restaurant district created in South Downtown somehow. Let the businesses stay open as late as they want in this area. (A better plan than Underground attempted)no open container restrictions SAFE
