Well, there is the commercial area along Dresden. Supposedly they are getting ready to redevelop around the MARTA station as well.

There are gazillions of townhouses and cluster homes in Brookhaven and several uber nice single family residential areas.

I live across the street from Brookhaven, and love this part of town.

NW DeKalb is one of the best areas of Atlanta, in my opinion.

My opinion, too.
Historic Brookhaven is one of Atlanta's premier neighborhoods. There's a reason that so many film producers are utilizing it.
I was watching the movie Life As We Know It the other day (filmed in Brookhaven) and my heart was swelling with pride!

Are we talking Buckhead Historic Brookhaven or City of Brookhaven. If Buckhead, isn't that part in Fulton or no?

Only a sliver of Historic Brookhaven is in Fulton, between Peachtree-Dunwoody Rd and the DeKalb line.
