Hello everyone - hope you're all enjoying the seasonal festivities as much as you can.

I was wondering if anyone had/knew of a list/source of new developments (resi as well as commercial) proposed, completed and/or under construction in metro ATL region. I've come across one such source 'devmap' but since it is relies on public input for such listings, it is not always up to date.

I'm keen to see how and where ATL is growing with respect to infrastructure growth. Would appreciate input from like minded real-estate geeks.

Thanks all

This is very up to date, you have to play with it.

thanks bigstick, this is what i was referring to. I know there are some properties listed as 'under construction' that have already been completed. So i'm guessing there might be others that may not be listed on here. How else can one keep track of proposed developments across metro atlanta ? is there a development authority that outlines a complete list of developments approved on their website ?
