What?! Urban now means "grit"? And people who belonged to sororities and fraternities are not urban? they are afraid to venture past Midtown?

I can name you a number of folks who now and have in the past lived in both East Atlanta and Brookhaven who would heartily disagree with you.

You do know the developer on this project is Paces Properties?

Fixed. Some of us fratboys went to school in Atlanta and appreciate the more urbanized areas.

The company that's doing Krog Street Market.

I think this project will add much needed rental options to East Atlanta, granted the $/sq. ft. isn't super-jacked up like PCM. But it will probably be reasonably priced.

That is a lot better, thanks for fixing it.

Paces is doing a lot of good rehab work in the city right now. They're also redeveloping the 20 story former office building at 250 Piedmont downtown. We need more like them (and Jamestown).

Hold on, cqholt! There are a lot of us out here that bought in the area after renting for years in Midtown. Like many I know, I wanted to be near the train as I worked Downtown - and it was what I could afford at the time in a nice area. I have grown to love this part of town.

You would be surprised at how cool this area is, and there is no sign of sorority/frat culture in my condo hood - but it is over 50% gay.
