Maybe the push for capping the connector will pick up now, with this thing coming in and a Fortune 500 on board, gotta think they want a campus like area right next to them instead of the highway. Perhaps they can push it along.

Considering the freeway is at grade between 5th and 10th, I doubt it.

This is why I couldn't get as excited as others until I saw the plans. ~20 stories and not much to write home about, architecturally. At least it's another vacant lot crossed of the list...
