I used to live in a condo in Garden Hills and it was smack dab between Lindbergh and Buckhead stations. But that would be about a 35 minute walk to either one.

I live in Embry Hills/Henderson Mill near Northlake. I am twelve miles from the middle of downtown, drive to work every day and am still ITP. You might find something in that area. Also Brookhaven, although it is getting quite pricey.

I live in Lenox Park, which is pretty much young pro central. Look at Post Stratford , Post Glen,and Post Gardens. Lots of young professionals and rad ppl who come from a solid backgrounds (fraternity, southern college, ambitious, etc)
