I'm hearing word that a contingent of south Dekalb property owners aren't here for this Greenhaven proposal anymore than their counterparts in southwestern Fulton are for South Fulton proposal. There might be a slew of petitioned annexations into Atlanta are coming soon. This is interesting, indeed...

Any areas that are included in the service delivery proposed areas are already "revenue generating". This is about logistics of service delivery and compatibility with the long range plans for the region.
