Hello! I do not know of particular properties available, but I think you will be able to find what you are looking for in your price range. The market has not picked up on the SE side of the Atlanta area as it has in the other areas and there are plenty of good deals over here. I would suggest looking on the east side of Covington/Newton County and into Social Circle, Mansfield, and Madison. Newton Medical Center and the surrounding doctors' offices would be a good place to look for nursing jobs. Baxter is building a new gigantic manufacturing (pharmaceutical) facility on the eastside of Covington so there may be machinist jobs there to be had. There is also a Hitachi plant in Monroe which is NE of Covington. Neighboring Rockdale County (just to the west of Covington) has the International Horse Park with horse events and riding trails. So you would have that nearby if that is of interest with your horses. Good luck!
