My new job will be in North Druid Hills area, so I am looking for (new) house maybe within 30 minutes commute time around it. Please recommend a couple of "Safe and clean" locations.
And I think I will need to rent an apartment at least 6 month before I buy a house, so please let me know
Calm and Safe" apartments around North Druid Hills area.

Thank you,

Rentwise, you should have plenty of options in that range. A few complexes off the top of my head:

Briarhill
Viera
Ashford Druid Hills
Post Briarcliff
Calibre Woods

$300K for SFH new construction in NDH is total no-go; in that neighborhood it's going for at least twice that. 50s era ranches in that price range may be found in the NDH neighborhoods of Merr Hills, Briarcliff Heights or Green Hills but they're going to need some work.

How about the townhouse?

1) what is the famous good townhouse builder?
2) How much is the price range for new townhouses around NDH?
3) What are good locations to live around NDH?

Thank you,

You could def find a townhouse in that range depending on what you are looking for # of bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, etc...

Yes. Townhouses are springing up everywhere, and selling out at an astonishing rate. You could find one in your range.
