This is a pretty ignorant statement. As a whole Chick-Fil-A is on the middle to healthier end certainly with fast food restaurants and really with restaurants overall.

Again as with anything as long as you enjoy Chick-Fil-A in moderation, it's no more unhealthy than anything else served at a thousand different restaurants across the country.

Health expertise ...Promote the health benefits of a salty pickle brine soaked breaded chicken patty on a bun.

Now that's truly an ignorant statement.

Fast food is virtually all crap. You realize that right? It's not just the fat and calories. They are filled with crap. Only just recently are fast food companies trying to just starting to remove various chemicals from their food.

Because dine-in restaurants are so much more healthy. I just think you want to hate because it's a well known chain. Have you ever been to Dwarf House or Truett's Grill.

Has a lot to do with fact that they isn't breaded. Case in point - mcd's chicken nuggets.

Can someone explain the chick filet craze? Down here in the south it's like so popular and folks swear by it. That and sweet tea. What's the deal? It's kinda like how west coasters rant and rave about in and out burger. Is it just that kind of territorial thing or is it more? Inquiring minds..

No, they are not particularly healthy either.

TBH the healthiest food you can possibly eat is what you cook yourself; you know the ingredients, you know how much to cook for yourself (or family), you take the quality time to cook it.

There's a rule to the effect of "shopping on the outer edges of the grocery store" because that's where the wholesome foods are. But then you have to take into account of what (and how) cows, chickens, and fish are fed (if you're a meat eater/because what they eat you eat it as well), and deal with the possibility of greens may not be as fully nutritious as they should be due to soil depletion of nutrients.

Then there's GMOs (but people on CD are not ready for that convo).....
