Looks like some Decatur restaurants were not too pleased about being visited by the Black brunch protesters.

Decatur Police respond to calls about protests during Sunday brunch - Decaturish

Gosh, man, look how mean and threatening they are. That guy in the white shirt with blue sleeves doesn't even realize that his life is in danger.

Civil protests are going to be fairly commonplace considering how things are nowadays.

Well, I don't think the restaurants had much to do with it. They didn't invite the protestors or participate in the shootings in any direct way.

I think she's talking about the protesters. I agree. Get the hell out while I eat.

Well, you have a point, Ant. When I go out to eat I don't really want to hear a protest, no matter what the subject may be.

If I am having a Bloody mary and some pancakes, that is not the time to yell at me about the Second amendment, the police shooting black men or somebody's right to refuse baking a cake for gay people. There is a time and place for everything.

What a joke. This does nothing but interrupt brunch for people who have nothing to do with what they are protesting.

I totally agree, Lovin.

These restaurants have absolutely nothing to do with their grievances, nor does the City of Decatur and its Police Department.

This is a DeKalb County issue. Protest in front of the Courthouse or the Police HQ's at Northlake.

Pulling this stunt in the most liberal enclave of Georgia is just downright stupid, and not very well thought out at all.

Needlessly disrupting people's lives is a great way to really turn them off from your cause.

Think about it, why would anyone support people who storm private businesses or block freeways at rush hour just to put on their little social justice show.

If I was a business owner, and these animals stormed into my restaurant, there would definitely be "no justice no peace" and maybe someone saying "I can't breathe!" as a wring their self righteous necks.

The rioting and generally disgusting behavior has completely turned me away from having any sympathy for this movement.
