And there must be a lot of jobs being created in Alpharetta. Its an awful drive if they have to come all the way into town.

There are a lot. I'm looking for something over summer and I see a ton listed in Roswell and Alpharetta. Also isn't a terrible drive (well, it's bad, but not the worst) to Perimeter Center. You don't have to deal with 285.

There is a lot of building in the east side neighborhoods. Mostly multifamily properties.

...and this is how it should be. Although I settled in Cobb, I moved here because of the city of Atlanta.
