Two new office buildings. Close to 1,300 residential units. A mixed-use development that would rise next to the St. Regis Atlanta hotel.
More developers continue to line up new projects for the Buckhead Village, a mix of luxury apartment towers and dive bars, fancy boutiques and low-rise brick buildings near the convergence of Roswell, Peachtree, Paces Ferry and Pharr roads.

I knew I should have bought a Residence at the St. Regis when you could get in for only $3 million.

Medical office tower coming to Buckhead Village
Quote:
According to BisNow, developer Loudermilk Companies has applied for permits to begin work on a nine-story tower snuggled between East Paces Ferry Road and Buckhead Avenue.

Expected to offer more than 100,000 square feet of high-end medical offices, the building will wrap a seven-story parking deck, which could potentially contain a whopping 600 parking spaces. The developer hopes to finish the building in the next year, a timeline that seems pretty ambitious.
