Hi I'm very new to the forum but not the Atlanta area. I found a beautiful home the only problem is it is abandoned. I have talked to the neighbors, check records and of course nothing turns up. I don't want it to be torn down but how do I find this owner so I can buy this house. I'm not an investor but my husband and I would love to move into this area before it gets out of our price range. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks sorry if this has been posted before.

Look up the tax records. It may be bank owned.
