You'd think, right? I think this law is not long for the world. Wait until someone driving 80 in the left lane gets a ticket for not getting out of the way of the guy who wants to go 90, and appeals it to the Ga Supreme Court.

The law blames the non-speeding driver for the results of speeding; the calm driver for the results of erratic driving; and the non-raging driver for the results of road rage.

The reason they wrote the law is due to people that think like you and try to play policeman with traffic. Good for Georgia.

No, I don't try to play policeman with traffic. But I certainly can't tell you how many times I've been doing 75, passing someone who is doing 65, and had someone doing 90 suddenly appear out of nowhere. I suppose you find that the one doing 90 should just have the right of way, eh?

This stupid law will likely result in multiple car accidents because the slower driver attempts to abide the law wind up in a major collision going at a high speed. Those moronic Republican lawmakers in the General Assembly will pass any bill into law except the ones that need to be passed like adequate transportation funding...

Yes. It's the law.

If folks in GA weren't such inconsiderate bubbas on the road we wouldn't need this law.

When I am driving on the west coast in the bay area I was amazed at how the slow traffic ACTUALLY STAYED TO THE RIGHT and people who had some urgency could get over to the left and move.

You could get two tickets at the same time: one for speeding and one for being a slow-poke! How cool is that?!

Y'all should spend some time on the Autobahn. Then you'd learn why it is important to move over when you aren't passing.

Also, if you are literally only going up 2 or 3 exits don't go all the way to the ****ing left and then try to cross over 3 lanes again. That is something else that people here do that messes up traffic flow because now the left lane is moving as slow as the others.
