Cluster homes is what they are often called in Atl. Search under that term.

Most of what you are referring to here seem to be in 55 plus communities around here, there are also some VERY EXPENSIVE ones like you are describing uptown in Buckhead off of Lenox Road,

some are built / being built along peachtree rd as well, just north of phipps plaza.
