Hi,
I am looking for a new/less than 10 year old home in the N.Fulton/S. Forsyth/Johns Creek area for less than 450k. I read a lot of posts on this but am totally confused. I have to commute to downtown and have a kid who will be starting middle school next year.Good schools are very important. I would also like to know the areas with easier MARTA bus/train etc to downtown. I am from South Asia so access to asian groceries etc is preferred but I am also looking for neighborhoods with diversity - Sorry if I offended anyone, I didn't mean to. Any realtor recommendations please PM me. Appreciate all your suggestions for neighborhoods

Thanks

I would look around South Forsyth around GA400 exit 12-13, or Alpharetta Exit 11 areas. All have great schools, in home in the price range you are looking for.

There is a MARTA park and ride @ exit 11, that will take you to the NorthSprings "Subway" station.

In JC and Cumming there are GRTA parks/ride buses that go into City.

MARTA - Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority

Xpress...commuting made easy. Operated by the GA Regional Transportation Authority

A lot of the northern suburbs have a high asian population. Especially over in Johns Creek and over to Suwannee so you'd be close to some H Marts and probably many other south or east asian stores.
