Need a little help from those that know something about both, or one of these events.

I'm planning on visiting one of these events, but I'm not sure which one would be the better event to visit.
Both are happening on the same night in October and I can only choose one.
I know that the Fernbank event is every Friday, but I am planning for that specific Friday that both are happening.

Which one is the better time?
Better Value?
Better music? The music is very important. We would like LIVE jazz, blues or R&B music
Better Food? This will be dinner as well, so better food is important, but not as important as good music

We're on a time restraint. We'd like to leave either by 9pm

What's the atmosphere like?
How should my date & I dress?

Etc... Tell me all that you know...

Can't speak to the Aquarium event but in years past the Fernbank thing was fun. You would probably have a good time.

I was disappointed because after watching the first showing of the IMAX, we were too late to view the museum display.

Here's all I need to know about the Georgia Aquarium:

Georgia

Dolphin Trainer Death Shakes Georgia Aquarium | WABE 90.1 FM

This aquarium is not a rescue and rehab aquarium like they want the public to believe. Just ask these two authentic rescue aquariums. Don't take my word for it:

Monterey Bay Aquarium
Tennessee Aquarium | Chattanooga Attractions | IMAX Movies | Tennessee Aquarium

Pass on this info. This aquarium is a joke and lives in the last century.
