Its like bashing your sibling. You might treat them wrong sometimes but they are still your family

Looks good. Maybe in 15-20 years it will look like that. But the rendering will need to be updated to reflect the new stadium that inevitably replaces Mercedes Benz Stadium.

This could be an extension to downtown. Then head north to the new UA development. Downtown Atlanta about to be walkable than a ****. This will be their main campus. Bring it on

Damn this looks amazing! Perfect location with many side roads to avoid the connector traffic mess. Please let it happen.

Many of these roads will be put on a road diet and the speed slowed, so it will not be conducive for commuter traffic.

Actually, part of the vetting process during the bidding included choosing a developer who has the ability to complete the Turner Field redevelopment project within 5 years. That's not really a long time compared to other developments of this scale that happen (or don't happen).

If the MARTA referendum passes, the Capitol Ave. light rail component will also likely be pushed to be completed within that 5 year time frame since they will already be tearing up the street for the infrastructure/drainage upgrades.

Mayor Reed: Find Turner Field buyer that can redevelop project in 'five years'
