Does anyone know exactly what is being built across the street from the One Atlantic Center tower at the corner of 14th Street NE and West Peachtree Street NW???

No, this project is different from their typical Skyhouse model. Look at the slideshow in the article you linked to, and you can see the differences.

This will be their tallest project to date, and the parking deck actually mimics the design of One Atlantic Center at street level. This is their best design yet, in my opinion.

Thanks for the reminder, I completely forgot about their involvement with that. I always think 'condos, by Wood Partners' when I see the Atlantic.

I think it is actually legally required to mimic the design of One Atlantic Center. I've heard that block has some strange special code requirements. That's why 'Mini Me' next to it looks like it, and Four Seasons looks a little bit like it.

That's true, primaltech - with the exception of the Four Seasons. Three of the corners at West Peachtree & 14th have zoning overlays or deed restrictions on design, except for the SW corner.

That corner will soon be the home of Related's highrise apartment tower and a flagship Whole Foods.
