That's great.

I am going to say though... I'm getting tired of all the loose Atlantic Station comparisons. AS is really different beast.

This site plans compares much better to Ashford Crossing with the addition of about 300 loft style apartments. It compares very well to the various Villages, Crossings, Forums, Avenues, and even Perimeter Place. They are all little different adding or taking something else away, but its a better practical comparison than AS.

What good is a new development if people are afraid to shop there? The crime rate in that area will soar. I have relatives who live within walking distance of the proposed development, and crime has become a real problem in their neighborhood. The county would do us all a favor by not approving it.
