Very nice. Whatever the name, that hotel will be packed the night before games in the new stadium. And there is currently a dearth of hotels around there.

Sounds fine, occupying a vacant strip of land that will help connect Castleberry Hill with the rest of the city.

Also seems like might be betting on legalized gambling.

Great Castleberry Hill is a neat area and should do well. It also will attract visitors for the nearby colleges.
