Thanks! Probably more informative than the CRCTs, but folks are going to have to do real work to evaluate the scores--or wait for one of the school sites to do their version of evaluating.

I think Schooldigger has already incorporated the new scores in their 2015 rankings.

JUST IN! Georgia Milestones Assessment test scores and updated rankings for the 2014-15 school year were posted on SchoolDigger this week!

Wow! Look at the range for APS scores, Morningside Elementary has a standardized test score that is over 99 (and there are 6 from APS in the 90s), while there are 16 others from APS with scores in the single digits (the lowest with a score of 4.92).
Inman Middle also scored in the 90s (Sutton and Kipp Strive also did well, I think), Grady and North Atlanta scored 61 and 59, respectively, which actually resulted in an increase in their state rankings over last year (based off of CRCT).

I am sure the APS scores can be overlapped with income levels and a direct correlation can be concluded.

Yes--excluding charters, magnets and specialty schools, mostly true for APS, especially at the extremes (and Atlanta is mostly extremes). But, you can make some comparisons by %school lunch, and there is a bit of variability that is more apparent in places like gwinnett.
Also, the highest scoring Atlanta schools do compare favorably with any in the state, and while that is obvious to many, it is not known or obvious to everyone.
