Probably a bunch of additional "mixed use."

The suburban kids love to come into town and party and if East andrews goes away they'll migrate on to the next watering hole. You already see a bunch of them in places like Ponce and KSM.

The the old douche dam (10th street) has moved further south to Edgewood Ave, thanks KSM. Our last hope is Atlanta Dairies and it being on the notorious Memorial Dr.

lets' get real here; it needs a heavy rail station. the density in that area is just skyrocketing. we're probably a few years out before the cost-benefit analysis of building a subway line directly under peachtree starts to make sense. but we've already got a lot of projects on the table that pass the cost-benefit analysis, and they aren't going anywhere because the state isn't willing to spend a dime on MARTA.

That area was out of the way anyways. I remember when Aiko Lounge was there (sushi restaurant that became a club by night). They should open up more bars, clubs, and lounges in the Piedmont and Peachtree area. A few of the former Buckhead Village venues have relocated there.
