Kaiser isn't paying these people minimum wage. We should be glad for the addition of permanent full- and part-time jobs that offer benefits, particularly in this economy.

More jobs is always a good thing, but as a Kaiser member, I'd be much happier of they were adding service providers and not office workers. Not only are they not adding providers, they shut down their only office that was convenient for people who live or work downtown.

You and me both. My eye specialist and primary care doctor have both left recently.

I don't mind going to their Northlake office since I used to live out there, but I can't stand going to Glenlake or Kennesaw. I might ditch them during my next open season, because they clearly are not concerned with providing convenient service to people who live intown.
