Here is the new RealEstate Market Update (Stats/Data) for Lambert HS Cluster for 2015. There are 653Single Family and Townhomes sold within the Lambert HS cluster in 2015. Itappears like we will beat last year's unit sold #.

Average home sale price has increased 3.4% from 2014 to 2015 within the Lambert HS Cluster. Current inventory levels sits right at 3.34 months for both single family and town homes. What this means is that if there are no new home listings for 3.34 months,100% of the inventory in the Lambert HS cluster will be absorbed. Generally speaking, 3 month inventory is a seller's market, 6 month is a balance market, and 9 month inventory will be a buyer's market. Laurel Springs and St Marlo Country Club has tied for the #1 spot for the most units sold at 52 in 2015.
