I think these buildings will be a nice addition to the area...

The new buildings on Block C won’t look look much like the previous office towers built in Atlantic Station, known as 171, 201 and 271 17th Street. In fact, they will more likely echo the T3 design, a new building in Atlantic Station with more emphasis on brick and wood.

7 stories? That spot should be for a couple of sky scrapers.

I hope that's not the final design.

I actually agree with arjay here. The design is a little bland, but not horribly so, and the smaller size makes for a nice transition into the rows of lower town-houses that it would be up against.

I do agree that the brick and wood design would transition better into the row homes behind it, which are brick and wood. A tall glass tower immediately in their back yard would be pretty awkward.

Anyway, I hope that at least some of the other available lots at AS get some really tall, impressive buildings. Especially with the nice visibility from the highway.

That's a rendering of the T3 building that will be built on 17th across the street from Twelve.

I think that rendering is for the midrise office building going in between the Millennium Gate and Target. I was hoping skyscrapers were going into those slots honestly.

Hm I dunno, the building in that rendering looks too wide for that narrow plot, since the 'Foundry Park' is staying.

Was thinking that was going to be a narrower, smaller building. But you're right about the planned 7 stories count there.
