Very interesting story.

Gonna drop a social-political observation grenade in here:

In districts with extreme student discipline issues (whether it be DSCD, APS, or CCPS) there should be a bold and naked effort to hire black men to be teachers in full force.

Because areas without fathers have turned to garbage. Literal dystopian nightmares.

And children need to see good, decent, and hardworking black men as leaders to emulate. Hiring & recruiting them in full force as teachers is the way to go.

But that won't happen.

Because since the 1970s...there has been an outright unspoken policy of misandry against black men perpetuated and reinforced at all levels of government, non-profits, and private industry.

Full blown Hatred of honest hardworking black men...even within the communities that they come from...is preventing any honest & true efforts to reform education in said communities.

There.

Said it.

Don't care.

This is the Trump era.

Let the truth come out.

Hey, I don't think Trump take credit for bringing that on. But he's definitely not making it better...

I'd love to see more people involved in education that are passionate about the outcomes of the students. More people should be proud to be a teacher. With the wave of automation oncoming it really should become a desirable career choice.

It is interesting that the very same forces who claim that more Black men need to stay with their families try to take as many Black men away from their families as they can, isn't it?

I don't know that simply hoping to train teachers better will do it though. The bias will still come out. Human beings are still practicing group-tribal affinity to varying degrees.

And black people are on the losing end given that our culture by large was stripped away when our ancestors coming into contact with colonialism.

And plus not acknowledging that the Prussian education format is outdated especially with the upcoming 4th Industrial Revolution in play.

And that black people need to be schooled in an environment that is friendly to our particular set of circumstances.

The colonialism crap has got to go. Along with this lousy resource distribution system that the U.S.A. has.

Just my humble addendum.
