ESRI is the big name in that field. You can do a ton of stuff with mapping but I find ArcMap incredibly user unfriendly and GIS work in general tedious.

My wife and I lived most of our lives in ATL, and wanted a change. I'm still young enough to enjoy mountain climbing, skiing, trail running, biking, and beer, so Colorado it is.

Didn't realize so many people on here didn't actually live in Atlanta. I may participate, but I'll wait to see if any more long-time regulars chime in...

30s male, married, 2 English Bulldogs. No kids yet but we are in the process of adopting a sibling group of 2 so that will change soon. Born at long-gone Doctors Hospital in Tucker and grew up in Snellville, GO Comets! My 20s were spent living intown and North Fulton. After getting married we moved to Northlake where we've been for a year. I'm a techie, car guy though now I'll only drive electric, mountain biker, traveler, love to cook and play in the dirt. Fulfilled my childhood dream of working in marine biology, hit 30, then joined the family tradition as a realtor.
