Maybe they should.

But in all honesty, the people who follow MARTA on Twitter are probably already well aware of these issues.

What MARTA really needs is a PR campaign where the executives contribute regular op-eds to local media outlets and explain what is going on and their perspectives on things.

If MARTA was brutally honest, you'd have people still pushing back, sayin something like "you shouldn't have tried expanding at all if you had maintainence backlogs!".
