Radar detectors are almost useless in georgia as well because the cops use Laser more than radar here. Even if your RD detects the laser it's too late, you just got yourself a ticket.

It's terrible. Here in GA I don't worry about it. I go up to near 80 no problem. In VA i have to check a mile ahead to make sure there are no cops!

In VA, I never go more than 5 over the posted limit. I can't wait until I cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge and I can punch it on 495!
