Oh, since there are different addresses in the contact info I figured it was a different company...wow, you must get a lot of business to have offices all over town.

Thank you for letting me use your pictures. But, they won't go away after you take them down. I saved them to my photobucket gallery and that's where they're linked, too.

I'd love to go take some photos myself but everything is gray and the daffodils are just now starting to bloom. In about a month it will be greener and I can take more photos...

Ah, in that case, I'm afraid you need to remove the photo from your PhotoBucket gallery. There are a lot of issues involved here. In addition to my own intellectual property rights, there is the fundamental privacy right of the current and future owner, as well as the terms of service of PhotoBucket, which expressly prohibits you posting any photos to which you do not own the copyright.

Also, I would strongly encourage you to use only your own photos in the forum. Crediting the web site from which you lifted the photo is not equivalent to having permission from the person (or entity) that holds the intellectual property rights.

There are some "photo-sharing" web sites that actually include in the terms of their service the ability of other users to lift their photos. Of course, the users of those sites don't always put their own work in, which leads to problems.

It's a slippery slope when you start using other people's work, even for innocuous purposes. The best choice is to post your own photos.

I figured I was breaking rules all over the place. I'll take them down immediately. I apologize.

The weather is supposed to be good this weekend. I think I will take some winter photos and then update them later with the springtime versions.

I knew better...but I was so eager to share that I ignored it. And got my wrist smacked.

However, I am looking forward to walking around my neighborhood and taking pictures.

Look at what a good sport I am!

IntownHomes, I know I sounded snarky but I was kidding. I have no intentions of stepping on toes. I am here to serve.

Hang around, chuck(wagon - har har - beef -> chuck -> wagon). I will try to get more up soon.

No worries. I didn't think you sounded snarky at all. I actually really do appreciate your diligence in removing the photo. No bruised toes here.
