I like it. Very nice! Glad the market is moving away from apartments.

Oh I think most everyone remembers it all too well, especially in Atlanta - one of the hardest-hit cities. Beautiful buildings - I hope it happens, but I'm still not sure what it will replace. Anything significant?

I wish Crescent Avenue was longer than 3 blocks. It's the best street in Atlanta. Urban, dense, pretty, charming, active, and good eats.

That giant faceless man-thing with upraised arms in that render is terrifying.

Agree fully with your point on how quickly we forget. Wages are not keeping up for these price points and there is a lot more M&A activity to be had.

I am okay with this thing as long as it doesn't involve a bunch of taxpayer subsidies.

Yes, it will have some impact on traffic, but what doesn't? Fortunately we are blessed to have a pretty good situation with traffic here in the ATL, especially in the intown areas. I am assuming that most of the folks who move in here will be your transit-riding Millennials anyway. Just give this a very small parking deck or no parking at all.

There was an article in last Sunday's AJC by a real estate developer. He mentioned that banks and financing companies were starting to get nervous. Everything now is getting filled up, but prices are getting to the point where we may find out how much capacity can be absorbed.
