Yes, it will have some impact on traffic, but what doesn't? Fortunately we are blessed to have a pretty good situation with traffic here in the ATL, especially in the intown areas. I am assuming that most of the folks who move in here will be your transit-riding Millennials anyway. Just give this a very small parking deck or no parking at all.
That part of midtown is a mess.

I really don't get exciting about project announcements anymore. I think ABC should report only if ground is broken. There are still projects over 50 story in the proposal stage, who knows if they will ever get built.

Way to be a bummer, man.

No balconies? Well, that's a lamentable pity. It's one of the main appeals of having a high-rise condo, IMHO.

Well he didn't say growth was over.

Just that everybody still remembered 2008 when prices and new projects exceeded people's capability to pay and the demand.

Was he referring to apartments and condos or just apartments? It's likely we are moving toward a saturation point with apartments but given the lack of condo supply being built, I'd hope there's a little room for growth there.

I'm happy to see this putrid site redeveloped. However, this tower, like everything else rising in Atl right now, is a lame box. In prior cycles, stunning towers were built here. Now, all new projects are banal. The same thing is happening in Charlotte.

Best street in Atlanta? That's a bold statement.

Yeah, because it's narrow and it is very pedestrian friendly. One lane for (appropriately slow) vehicular travel in either direction. Whole city should look like that, then Atlanta would be an actual city.

Why don't you stop with the insults? It's fine to state your opinion and you obviously don't like Atlanta, but there is no need to be flat out rude about it. This statement is nothing but childish and an attempt for attention.
