Looking at a map, I'm guessing that's the NW corner of Crescent @ 12th where Front Page News is.

I have a question-- if you followed the recently withdrawn project in dunwoody (called Crown Towers I think), they were calling it condos but asked for 50 percent rentals for the first 5 years. Dunwoody apparently puts conditions on multi-family housing projects to limit rentals (thus the need for developer to spell out intentions)

I wonder if all these "condos" are really apartment buildings for the most part?

I'm getting concerned about another bubble. There is still a need for apartments, but hopefully developers are not over doing it with the condos. It's like nobody remembers what happened less than a decade ago.

You're joking right? You can almost count on one hand the amount of condos being built. And they've all been small boutique developments.

I've seen too many people be quick to holler "bubble!" when there isn't even one for condos.
