I hope all the bases have been covered and double checked so this thing does not turn into another Taco Fest. Best of luck.

No, it is a non-profit festival that will benefit a local project. This is entirely organized by Edgewood residents.

I don't think I have ever heard a positive review for festivals like this. Sounds like you just spend the entire time standing in lines, no thanks.

That's pretty much how all food festivals are, but they continue to be popular. I don't see how that can be denied.

I like mac and cheese, but has to be baked. I don't appreciate it out of a pot. Haven't tasted any other methods like fried but I would try it; no need to pretend like I am having an artery loving moment right then.

Hopefully, it wil be successful. Make people feel welcome and worth making the effort to attend if it is out of their way. Don't try to act like Gordan Ramsey is promoting it so you're almost out of tickets when you know that is not true.
