How can you expect an NBA team to play in a place like that? It is nearly as old as aging Turner Field and the decrepit Georgia Dome.
It has been in use for over a decade and a half, how much time does it really have left?

When will the referendum and public hearings on this be?

I seriously doubt that the city of Atlanta taxpayer has any interest in building another sports stadium for billionaires, especially since we just spent $200 million building the current one 15 years ago.

I missed the sarcasm as well. I think it needs a reference(link?) to something showing that some entity wants it to replaced. Otherwise it does come off as a rant.
