^ Pretty much this. I've seen bands in each of the indoor spaces, and Heaven is the best one for live shows. The "stages" in either of the other two rooms are tiny; no room to put on much of a theatrical stage show, unless its a one-person production.

Cool. Hopefully there is a club in UA large enough for Heaven

They might retrofit the space by combining several of the spaces into one larger space. In the late '80s there were several music venues on Kenny's Alley, but none of them were even half as large as the Masquerade's main music room.

I want to soooooo bad it is killing me. Downtown in general has become our (well, my) primary area to consider for an upcoming move.
Not to mention better transit than Blandtown. Also, thank you for using the correct neighborhood name, instead of the developer-created 'West Midtown.' +1

If that happened, though, I'd absolutely take it every time.
MARTA there, Uber back. Still removes at least 1 car trip and the chance of DUI.

I'm not going to let that name die. If I lived there, I would own it with pride. Could not be a less sexy name and I love it

I wish them luck.

The day they can make Underground succeed is when we know that Atlanta is truly turning itself completely around and becoming a great city.

Sorry to be skeptical, but how many times has it failed? It's like fool me once, shame on you....fool me 5 or 6 times, shame on me.

Masquerade has nothing to do with UA succeeding
