Hello all

My wife and I have lived in the Cumming/Gainesville area now for nearly 3 years.

We have yet to go "out dancing" something we used to love to do. Circumstances of children and crazy work life and lack of sitters havnt allowed us to go out at all.

This upcoming Tuesday (26th) we are going to see Sylvia Browne at the World Congress Center.

I really want to bring my wife out dancing for awhile afterwards. I dont have the first clue as to where to go! I understand a Tuesday night will be much different than a Weekend, but we got to work with what we got! LOL

Am not looking to pay ridiculous covers, just want a decent safe place not full of teeny boppers where we can enjoy some music and dancing! We are both in our mid 20's.

Any advice GREATLY appreciated!

Well I don't know of any good places big-box dance clubs on Tuesday Nights but their are a few happening lounges walking distance from the Georgia World Congress Center that have good lounge type parties with great music on Tuesday Nights were a few folks should be gettign on the dance floor check out THRIVE RESTAURANT, ATLANTA and The Mark Ultralounge - Atlanta, GA - Downtown - Fairlie Poplar District. In Castleberry Hill which is a 1-2 minute cab ride from the GWCC you have M Bar | Music - Martinis - Margaritas or Noir (http://www.noiratlanta.com/ - broken link) & for good eats after downtown or castleberry check out slice_web_MAIN_INDEX (locations in both areas). Hope this helps!
