I agree, keeping the boxes on one side allow the user deck to be closer to the floor. Watched many events from those 'poor people' seats up there.

Depends on what it's for. Since they're announcing something to do with real estate near Philips, I'd guess it will be something in the vein of what Tony Ressler has been wanting for downtown since he bought the Hawks. Here's hoping they're unveiling plans for something big that involves actual people living there and not just another tourist trap. Cross your fingers, but also shield your buttholes just in case.

Glad to see ownership is paying their fair share of 26%

Although it's nice to see a claw-back provision included:
