Fulton Industrial is fine with me and it does have MARTA.
Another option would be a low performing mall or power center. That way we could have everything under one roof. There'd be plenty of parking and we could supplement with light rail and bike sharing.

I once went out to one of those nightclubs on Fulton Industrial to resolve an equipment dispute with a man. He said that's where he wanted to meet so I showed up. The place was dark in the middle of the afternoon but it didn't seem too bad.

I've definitely never been out to Babes on Fulton Industrial, but from what I have heard, the clubs on FIB are much different than what most people are used to. I would love to see another concentration of these type bidnesses that are a little less on the rough side, that's what Chesire Bridge is/was
