Robert James never should've went after Ellis in the first place. The same stuff happens at the state level and you never seen Sam Olens go after Deal.

James tried to make a name for himself in the criminal justice world and failed.

Big time.

It's being reported in several places that he is being let off on a technicality by the Georgia Supreme Court. But, in fairness, what they seem to be reporting is a bit of spin from the prosecution--but it is not being presented that way. I recall WABE reporting that there was more than enough evidence to convict, but he was being let off on a technicality, and it is being reported similarly elsewhere. But, they offer no real quotes from the ruling supporting this point of view.
